I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The decor was fantastic, and I loved the books at the lounge area on Level 1. The room, though smaller than expected, had a great design. I appreciated the integration of controls in the iPad, including curtains, lights, AC temperature, and even YouTube access. The free full bar and daily replenishment of water bottles were also a nice touch. The variety of free toiletries and the option to download newspapers and magazines through the Press Reader app were additional highlights. The buffet breakfast had plenty of healthy options and the staff provided a helpful tip to reserve seats in advance. The location was great, within walking distance to multiple areas of interest and close to MRT stations for easy transportation.

Located just a short walk from the local metro station, this hotel offers easy access to all the city has to offer. The beautiful bay area is within walking distance, providing a stunning backdrop for leisurely strolls. Tourist destinations, such as the famed Marina Bay Sands area, are also conveniently close by. The rooms are stylishly decorated with a mix of European and Asian influences, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. Guests can enjoy complimentary items from the minibar, a tablet-driven television with free movie selection, and a rooftop pool and bar that offer a great atmosphere.

One minor inconvenience reported by guests was difficulty for taxi drivers to drop off after 6 pm, due to the street market in front of the hotel.

I had the most amazing stay at the So Sofitel in Singapore. I was treated like a VIP. The staff were attentive and made me feel like a valued guest. The hotel itself has a boutique feel to it, which added to the overall intimate and elegant ambiance. I loved the fact that the staff greeted me by name and not just as a room number. It made me feel special and appreciated.

The exclusive amenities at this hotel fulfilled all our luxurious needs. the room advantages were outstanding, with a spacious and comfortable bed. the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, with a picturesque view. the location advantages were great, with easy access to nearby attractions.

We experienced a minor issue with the service. the staff were friendly but there were some inconsistencies with the breakfast service.

The hotel had great in-room facilities, including an iPad that controlled everything. This was really convenient and made our stay more enjoyable. The staff were excellent, especially the valet and the bar and restaurant people. They were polite, thoughtful, and took great initiative to ensure we had a pleasant experience.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff was extremely cooperative, patient, and well behaved. They made sure that all my needs were met and provided excellent service. The cleanliness of the hotel was visible everywhere, from the rooms to the lobby. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with amenities like an elevator and a beautiful lobby with a stunning view. The breakfast served on the 5th floor was delicious and unlimited, and I enjoyed it while admiring the amazing view outside. Additionally, the location was perfect as it was close to the mall road with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel, enjoying all the exclusive amenities. the room was spacious and modern, with high, tech features such as an iPad, controlled lighting system and automated blinds. the private facilities, including the complimentary mini, bar, made us feel pampered and relaxed.

Although everything else was perfect, we did have a minor issue with the room service. We requested extra pillows, but they never arrived.
